Refund Policy - the basics
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. 直到今天，我依然對設計充滿熱情。對我而言，最珍貴的回饋不是獎項，而是客戶的一句：「交給你我很放心，你真的很負責、很用心。」

My transition from the pharmaceutical field to interior design was driven by a childhood dream. Inspired by my father’s work in construction, I witnessed early on how a well-designed space can transform a house into a soulful home.
Since 2015, I have been a Dual-Certified Interior Designer and Construction Management Professional. This background ensures that my creative visions are always backed by technical rigor and reliable execution.
I believe that design is a dialogue of trust. My goal is to remain the designer my clients describe as "responsible, thoughtful, and deeply committed" to every detail of their dream home.
